RETURN, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

SPARKSPHERE VENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

If the received products are damaged or does not match the description on our website Kindly Return it within 7 days of receiving the Product to Initiate the Refund

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

SPARKSPHERE VENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

USED PRODUCT

A product cannot be returned once it has been used, worn out or torn/damaged. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and unused. You need to return the product with all the price tags, original packing, labels and invoice.

SUSPECT DAMAGE

At times, the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, but the actual product is just fine in most of such cases. Kidoyz doesn’t take any liability for the damage of packaging. Get in touch with our customer care at +91 8383960500 (Monday to Friday: 0am to 6pm) within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in case the product arrives damaged.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our side, we will return or replace it. However, the shipping cost for the return has to be borne by the customer. Please pursue the following process for returning an item purchased from Kidoyz.

• Call us at +91 8383960500 and provide your Order details with your Order-ID number.

• Our customer care executive will confirm about your return request ASAP.

• The customer care executive will inform you about the product returning process.

• For complaints on defective products, an email from the customer has to be sent to the respective brand authorities notifying them of the defect in the product with images and videos to validate the claim. This first email should be sent to [email protected]. Our sales representative with share the brand email address at which the request needs to be raised. Without this step, a claim for a defective product will not be accepted by Kidoyz.

INCORRECT PRODUCT

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCT

If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

CANCELLATION

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If an order hasn't been shipped, please go to your account page, then go to your orders section. Once in the orders page, click on the Request Cancellation button to request cancelation of the order.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any Refunds approved by the SPARKSPHERE VENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
